First Step into Yoga path
Duangta first practice Yoga because she was suffering pain at the back of the neck, shoulders and back from muscle stresses, sometimes so severe that I could not turn my body left or right and a have a drop in one shoulder and a deep aching pain starting from the neck to the shoulders and arms and end at the waist, a classic symptom for a person sitting hours for hours day in day out in front of a computer. A visit to the doctor provides occasional relieve of pain and this routine went on for several years. A closed friend then suggested the way of Yoga.
Duangta began with Hatha Yoga which she practiced by herself learning from Hatha Yoga self taught book for about three years. Then while on her work assignment to China, she was most fortunate to receive instructions in Ashtanga Yoga. The sessions were eyes opening to her into the world of Yoga and sufficient for her to resign from work and traveled to India and studied Yoga in traditional style for about six months. There, Duangta learned the many art of Yoga such as yoga therapy and Yogasana which dealt with on how to correct and balance in each asana, breathing control and correct use of muscle for each asana.
Duangta received certificate in instruction in Ashtanga Yoga from Mysore Mandala Yogashala, Mysore India and Pranavashya yoga from Pranavashya Yogashala, India. In March 2010, and joined the 200 hrs. Teacher Training Course with John Scott at Stillpoint Yoga, Nelson, New Zealand for the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Duangta classes are vary depending on the students present and ranges from gentle explorative movement to more dynamic Ashtanga influenced vinyasa. Strong attention is given to movement, breath, alignment, visualization and intention, yet she is able to infuse a sense of humour while challenging you to work to your own edge.
Meditation Class
The class is started from observe your breath and then pick up your own breath which you feel very comfortable with your breath then follow by singconize your breath and mind together. After feel more calm down then look at the flame (Dharana) and then bring your focus to inside (Dhyana) and keep continue. The method is for the one who want to calm down the mind and try meditate. I love this class even some time just have few student or no one join the class. The class will be held on every Sunday , just only one class a week. My purpose about this class is not for money or other tihings but just want to help the people who have passed a lot of messy situation for the whole week and want to take a rest so just sit down and calm down the mind, bring the mind and breath together, 45 minutes a week but it's really helpful. Hopefully, I can maintain the class for long.
